Bought a pair of magnetic necklace made from neodymium magnet that will improve health, I dont feel any different ...yet.

Went to Nilai, Seremban today.. again, tired, spent too long on the road, especially under the hot sun, driving is a pain in the ass....

Inspired by Archerr & John Ong, I ve also started my daily blog with 1 pix each day, starting day 57 of 365 for year 2009.

Cucumber - this was the most effective weight lost food ever ! since I gainned like..22 pounds,
i have to get my ass off to the gym as well as tuning back to a healtier eating habbit, so I ate cucumber today, for lunch ! the taste, well u dont have to know....

some updates

Its been a while I did not update my blog, for some reason, I just feel lazy to do so, but well, I m back again, I was a little busy with my work, but no biggy.

Valentine's day is ended , thank God, just dont feel good getting greetings from my friends which obviously I m still single, u know what I mean.. i wish i had somebody with me next valentine, that would be so nice :-)

last week i ve recorded a song called " vincent", just for fun, of course, i messed up the song, i m not a singer so dont expect too much from it, haha..
