My dog Lacy dies today, the maid walked the dog this morning & Lacy ate something on the road, according to doctor, it was food poisioning. I m very sad as u can tell.........Lacy, u will always live in my heart..

I was a good boy today, wholemeal bread & lettuce , low fat milk for breakfast, cucumbers & apples for lunch, 1 glass of milk for snack, 5 table spoons of rice for dinner, & of course, i went to GYM too.

World most wanted mobile phone, IPHONE launched in Malaysia today by Maxis ( one of the mobile service provider in M'sia), gone through their plans, I must say, i can't afford it especially at this recession period, still, I m happy for all the other Malaysians who can afford to have 'em. I ate Wantan noodles for breakfast & lunch, it was soo good, came to work in Nilai seremban today, never missed having wantan noodles there, forget about the diet for time being.

Went to Kluang today with my parents & kids, we had a quick shopping & ate BBQ pork & Chicken rice at a famous shop, the Q was quite long though, interestingly, I saw the boss & the lady boss were fighting like cat & dog, but they still put smiling face to their customers which is very impressive.

Planned to skip GYM cause I need to help my brother to repair a PC, but still, due to my FAT, I went to GYM eventually..

I skipped GYM session today , thought I could have a nice nap but unfortunately, there was a power outage in my area , i was like.. holy crap ! it was so dark & freaking hot ! really pisses me off, the power resumed few hours later though..
